Free 2-5 Day UK Delivery on all orders over £50 – Royal Mail
Standard 2-5 Day Delivery on orders under £50 – Royal Mail
If you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will not be dispatched for next day delivery until the next working day. For example if you order on a Friday afternoon your parcel will not be dispatched until Monday and the order will be delivered on Tuesday.
European delivery – £10.00 – Royal Mail
We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been placed with us.

Alternatively, if you live locally to Colours of Cowbridge you have the option to buy and collect your items from the boutique.
All of our items will be sent out to you via Royal Mail, our carrier of choice.
If the purchased item is intended as a gift, please state in the special notes box at point of check out. Colour of Cowbridge will ensure that all pricing labels are removed before the item is wrapped in tissue and posted.
We would request that you notify us of any return within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to return an item purchased online please email us and notify us of the pending return. Please advise us in your email whether you require an exchange, a credit note or refund for the item. Colours of Cowbridge is not responsible for the return cost. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. This applies to online purchases only.
We request that you return the goods in the appropriate packaging to avoid the item becoming damaged in transit.
Goods should be returned new, unused, and with all of the garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
We will refund the purchase price to you within 7 days of safe receipt of the returned item.
Goods are classified as faulty if they arrive damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, we cannot guarantee being able to replace the same product in the same size, alternatively we will offer to repair the faulty item if possible or refund.
Please ensure goods being returned are received within the specified time frame. Items returned late may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
